Laborer injured during warehouse demolition when he fell from scaffolding and sheet metal landed upon his knee, causing non-displaced fracture and torn meniscus and anterior cruciate ligament. The meniscus and ACL were treated arthroscopically, but the knee remained unstable ultimately requiring a total knee replacement.
